The three dog voice actor said he was doing lines or something, most people are expecting a looped broadcast or some holotapes.

the lvl cap went up to 30 with Broken Steel DLC. I think New Vegas had a max of lvl 50 after all DLC. But in 3 you got perks every level so it balanced out a little.

I hope they take off the strength requirement for anything that's not a "big" gun or melee

Nice, I hope Three Dog is back to howl into the microphone.

Never played FO3's DLC, but pretty cool that it increases the level cap.

The Pitt was one of the cooler DLCs, even compared with New Vegas'.

Mothership Zeta was the only one that was a little "meh" to me from 3.

But it's the best weapon fallout has in vs. threads

I've tried installing the DLCs myself (I have the Game of the Year edition of FO3), but it kept saying there was no hard drive intalled, even though there was.

So yeah, I got buttfucked by either Microsoft or Bethesda.

GOTY edition should have all of the DLC on the disc already, no need to install/download stuff

The GoTY Edition I got had the DLCs all on a separate disc, which need to be installed, which it wouldn't let me do.

Basically, I got taken from behind.
