I'm brazilian and i know how 95% of brazilian cartoons/animations are mediocre...
BUT...
This is a rare one.
The exclusive brazilian Cartoon Network has it,and it seems that 9 Story Entertainment has license right now.
Cool stuff.

spanish title is Cuentos espantosos para ninos caprichosos and the original one is Historietas Assombradas para crianças malcriadas.

Good question.
Like i said it was made here in Brazil by Victor Hugo Borges(i like his art btw,kinda creepy and pretty at the same time) it's already in some spanish-speaking countries from what i've heard,and it's fame is growing,my best bet is that it will obtain global access in either mid/late 2014 or early 2015.
