If you shoot the Longshoot in the Goddess of the Sand[Spirit Temple] nipples,it will attach Link to it!!!
No only that,if you jump into it,it will damage Link.

So apparently that little green bar is actually a stamina meter, similar to the one used in Skyward Sword.
